Letter To My Friend
Do you feel the warmth,
of the summer sun,
or has the cooler season,
with unkindness now begun?
Has soft refreshing rain
been surpassed by tempest's lash,
and the gentle cooling breeze,
by gale and thunder crash?
Through the depths of winter,
feel my love within your heart,
happiness and spring's rebirth
will soon inevitably start.
