As we pray for the safety of all troops and innocent civilians involved in the war against tyranny and terrorism share with me the inspiring words of an Irish commander spoken to his men immediately before they entered Iraq:
'Fight ferociously, win the battle, be magnanimous in victory, remember we go to free Iraq not to conquer it.'
These are civilized and inspiring words, with men like this there is hope for us all.
