I would like to share with you,
something which is really true,
a musicbox arrived today,
from friends who live in U.S.A.
It's delightful tune, sweet to hear,
is very pleasant on the ear,
rosebuds neat and very small
shine brightly from a pretty stall.
It has brightened up a winter's day,
and like the sun's brightest ray,
has cheered my heart and made me sing,
for the warmth and love that friendships bring.
May you too have such friends as these,
who continually know how to please,
gifts I value they're quite divine,
better still true friendship I know is mine.
