Sailing over the ocean,
sailing over the sea
a captain and his vessel
always will be

early in the morning
casting off again,
a new charted course,
a new day to begin

with the Captain at the helm
and all hands on deck
we can face the storms together,
along this weary trek

And as we enter the harbor
at the long journey's end
may we meet our Saviour,
our Captain and Friend.
