Friendship's Ring
Before dawn heralds a new day,
I think of friends who far away,
still sleep beneath a star filled sky.
City of dreams which spiral high,
floating through the midnight sky,
peaceful let my friends now lie,
all unhappiness nullify.
When sunrise greets the coming day,
let Fate their every wish obey,
each day be filled with warmth and joy.
Should winter skies however spawn,
thunder and tempest darkening dawn,
I pray their heart, will lift sing,
buoyed up by friendship's melodious ring.
